Title: Senior Python Developer

Duration: 12-Month Contract(Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering enterprise-scale applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large, production-grade systems, collaborate with talented engineers, and contribute to the design and development of scalable backend solutions in a modern technology environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications.
• Build scalable, high-performance backend services using modern Python frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and drive engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of features from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and code quality.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years' experience developing enterprise-scale software applications.
• Strong commercial experience with one or more Python web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask .
• Proven track record of building and supporting production-grade applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and database design.
• Experience using ORM technologies such as SQLAlchemy .
• Experience working with microservices , Docker , and Kubernetes .
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to graph databases such as Neo4j or TigerGraph .
• Knowledge of TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular .
• Experience with data governance or data lineage concepts.
