Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, API integration, database design, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices. The candidate should be capable of leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop and optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and database solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Python (Python 3.x)
• Django and/or Flask/FastAPI
• REST API development
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• SQL and database design
• PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
• Git version control
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
