What they need
- Architect and lead backend systems for scalability and uptime.
- Build and maintain microservices & REST APIs with Flask.
- Design optimized RDBMS/SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora).
- Manage production-grade AWS deployments (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).
- Drive CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.
- Mentor and lead developers, enforce coding standards and reviews.
- Implement logging, monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
- Align development with business goals and estimation accuracy.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
**Must-Have Skills:**1. Python (Flask), Celery
2 AWS Services: Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3
3. Microservices & API Gateway, distributed systems
4. SQL Alchemy, PostgreSQL, performance tuning
5. CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
6. Monitoring: ELK, CloudWatch, Prometheus
7. Agile/Scrum and excellent communication.
**Mandatory Experience:**1. Background in high-scale product companies with focus on uptime and defect prevention
2. Deep exposure to US Healthcare domain is a plus
3. Experience in leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams
