What they need

We’re looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior QA Analyst & Technical Project Coordinator who can take ownership of quality across complex web and mobile products while helping drive projects from requirements through release.

This is not a role focused only on executing test cases. We need someone who can understand how a product works end-to-end, identify risks before they become issues, challenge unclear requirements, build strong QA processes, and independently drive testing and release readiness.

The right person is highly analytical, technically curious, extremely organized, and comfortable working directly with Engineering, Product, Support, and business teams.

What You’ll Own

  • Own QA strategy and execution across Web, Mobile Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive QA matrices, test plans, regression suites, and release checklists.
  • Translate product and technical requirements into detailed testing strategies and identify gaps before development or release.
  • Perform deep exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and cross-platform testing.
  • Test complex workflows involving payments, subscriptions, notifications, APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and user permissions.
  • Investigate issues beyond the surface level, reproduce complex bugs, isolate variables, and provide Engineering with clear and actionable documentation.
  • Coordinate UAT and release validation and provide clear go/no-go visibility on release readiness.
  • Track dependencies, blockers, priorities, timelines, and open issues across multiple projects.
  • Proactively identify project and quality risks and escalate them before they impact delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product to improve QA processes and overall product quality.
  • Help establish stronger testing standards, documentation, and processes as the product and team scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience working with complex web and mobile products.
  • Strong experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
  • Advanced understanding of regression, exploratory, integration, functional, and combinatorial testing.
  • Proven ability to independently design QA strategies rather than simply execute existing test cases.
  • Experience testing APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development and release lifecycles.
  • Experience working closely with developers to investigate and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong experience with Jira, Linear, TestRail, or similar project and test management tools.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, releases, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, communication, and follow-through.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with limited hand-holding.

Strong Plus

  • SQL and database validation.
  • QA automation experience.
  • Experience reviewing logs or using debugging/monitoring tools.
  • CI/CD and release pipeline knowledge.
  • Analytics and event-tracking validation.
  • Marketplace, e-commerce, fintech, payments, or other transaction-heavy product experience.

What Success Looks Like

You don’t wait for someone to tell you exactly what to test.

You understand the product, anticipate where things can break, ask the questions others may have missed, and create structure when there isn’t enough of it.

When a release is approaching, the team trusts that you understand the risks, know what has and hasn’t been validated, and can clearly communicate whether the product is ready to move forward.

Other offers great for you!
