Senior QA Analyst - Auth & Auth

For our client, we are seeking a Senior QA Analyst - Auth & Auth to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on strengthening quality across end-to-end workflows, integrations, and AI-driven interactions in a fast-moving software environment. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and QA colleagues to improve release readiness, uncover process gaps, and ensure reliable user experiences. The position calls for a strong technical quality background, with an emphasis on exploratory testing, defect reporting, and automation support.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $174,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for end-to-end workflows and integrations
• Ensure accuracy of AI-generated conversations and data capture
• Contribute to QA documentation and the organizational knowledge base
• Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance quality and release readiness
• Identify gaps in processes and tooling for continuous improvement
• Write detailed and repeatable defect reports for technical issues
• Conduct exploratory testing to assess product robustness
• Work with QA engineers to enhance automation of feature testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software quality assurance experience with complex feature ownership
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end test strategies
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and conversational interfaces preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and business domains
