Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation, leveraging modern SaaS-based testing platforms and industry-standard automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions that improve test coverage, efficiency, and software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design, architecture, and implementation of robust test automation frameworks.

• Develop and maintain reusable automation components, libraries, and utilities to accelerate testing efforts across projects.

• Create, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA automation engineers, ensuring adherence to automation standards and quality practices.

• Support CI/CD integration and drive automation-first testing strategies across the organization.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in test automation and automation framework development.

• Selenium automation framework experience.

• Experience with modern SaaS-based testing platforms and automated testing tools.

• Proficiency in building reusable, maintainable, and scalable automation components.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management.

• Ability to lead automation initiatives and guide junior team members when required.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
