We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Customer Success team.

In this role, you will ensure every customer implementation meets the highest quality standards before delivery. You will perform both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, validate system configurations, APIs, and integrations, and work closely with Customer Success Engineers, Project Managers, and Product Teams to deliver reliable SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify configured projects against spec. Take each client's requirements and configuration and confirm the deployed project matches them, including features, workflows, data, and edge cases.
• Build and maintain automated tests so we can re-verify projects quickly as configurations and products change.
• Run thorough manual and exploratory testing. Cover the scenarios that are impractical to automate, and probe for problems nobody thought to write a test for.
• Own release readiness. Give a clear go or no-go before a configured project is handed to the client, with defects documented and triaged.
• Work closely with the configuration team. Partner with customer success engineers and project managers to understand each client's intent and turn requirements into concrete test cases.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and follow them through to resolution in our issue tracker.
• Validate data, environment setup, and integrations, not just the UI.
• Support product QA when needed by testing the core products and feeding findings back to the product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA or software testing, with real experience across both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework. We are tool-agnostic, so Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar are all welcome, along with a willingness to pick up whatever fits the job.
• Comfort reading requirements and specs and turning them into structured test cases. This role depends on understanding what "correct" means for each client.
• Solid grasp of web application testing, including REST APIs and basic SQL for validating data.
• Experience with a bug-tracking or test-management tool such as Jira.
• Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and the ability to explain issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Based in Bangkok and able to work hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing SaaS or multi-tenant configurable platforms.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, which helps with reading and writing automation in our stack.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and running tests as part of a build.
• Experience in a client-facing delivery or customer success environment.
• Working English, written and spoken, for cross-team collaboration.
