What they need
- Responsible to monitor and oversee Quality Management System (QMS) related with ISO9001
and ensure the QMS is fully implemented in PJ.
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
Monitoring all operations that affect quality.
To prepare 8D reports for customer, issue non-conformance report to suppliers and internal non-conformance
report due to nonconformity.
To be a window between PJ and external auditor as a Management Representative (MR).
To arrange calibration of measurement devices, review calibration report and approving calibration
instrument for use (based on calibration report).
Liaise with Customers/ Vendors on Quality issues.
Control of issuance and closure of for every inhouse and incoming non-conformance.
Take charge of all task related with QMS and ISO requirement.
Take charge of Document Control Dept.
