Key Requirement for the Position

Manual Testing

? Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.

? Functional Testing.

? Regression Testing.

? Integration Testing.

? Smoke and Sanity Testing.

? Test case preparation and execution.

? Defect management and lifecycle.

? Requirement analysis.

Automation Testing

? Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium.

? Programming knowledge in Java

? Experience with TestNG/JUnit or equivalent testing frameworks.

? Knowledge of Page Object Model and reusable automation components.

? Experience handling dynamic elements, waits, frames, alerts, and multiple browser

windows.

? Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven

Database Knowledge

? Good knowledge of SQL.

? Experience with any relational database such PostgreSQL

? Ability to write queries using SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, subqueries, etc.

? Ability to validate application data against database records.

Tools

? Jira or similar defect management tools.

? Git/GitHub/GitLab.

? Postman.

? Selenium or equivalent automation tool.

? Any SQL-based database.

Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing,

covering Manual Testing, Automation Testing,The candidate should be capable of

understanding requirements, designing test scenarios, executing test cases,developing

automation scripts, and ensuring the quality of software releases.

Responsibilities

? Analyze business and technical requirements and identify test scenarios.

? Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.

? Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.

? Identify, report, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira.

? Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.

? Perform Database Testing using SQL.

? Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint

reviews, and retrospectives.

? Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA

engineers.

? Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status.

? Perform release validation and provide QA sign-off.

? Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation, and QA processes.

? Support and guide junior QA engineers when required.
