About the Role

We are looking for 2 experienced Senior QA Engineers with strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of enterprise applications involving complex workflows, data processing, integrations, and business validations.

Pharma domain experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of enterprise application modules and business workflows.
• Execute Functional, Smoke, SIT, Regression, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.
• Validate business processes across multiple interconnected modules.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data accuracy checks across systems.
• Validate business rules, calculations, workflows, and hierarchical data structures.
• Test APIs, integrations, data flows, and ensure consistency between systems.
• Perform Database and ETL Testing using SQL.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
• Support UAT and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test reports, RTM, and other QA documentation.
• Validate UI/UX behavior and application functionality.
• Use AI-enabled tools or techniques for test design, execution, defect analysis, or quality improvement where applicable.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience is mandatory.
• Exposure to GxP or other regulated environments.
• Experience testing validated systems and compliance-driven applications.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, clinical processes, and quality expectations.
• Understanding of GxP, GLP, GCP, and/or GMP practices.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 related to electronic records and digital signatures.
• Strong experience in Database Testing, ETL Testing, SQL, and Data Validation.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT, and UAT Testing.
• Strong understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience testing data-heavy applications and complex workflows.
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, or ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise/data-driven applications.
• Exposure to forecasting, planning, analytics, or workflow-based systems.
• Experience with Jira, qTest, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of test automation.
• Experience using AI-assisted QA/testing tools.
