About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of product releases through structured, exploratory, and risk-based testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile environment while coordinating non-functional testing activities with specialist teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Job Title: QA Engineer – TOSCA Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing to identify defects and quality risks.
• Log, track, and manage defects through the complete lifecycle, supporting prioritization based on severity and business impact.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of automated test suites (e.g., Tosca) to improve regression coverage.
• Develop test plans and strategies, supporting release readiness and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate non-functional testing activities, including performance, security, accessibility, and integration testing with specialist teams.
• Validate APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data accuracy across applications.
• Manage test environments and support the creation of realistic test data.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Monitor production issues, identify quality gaps, and recommend continuous improvements to testing processes and coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in manual software testing within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of test case design, exploratory testing, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, and data validation across systems.
• Exposure to test automation tools such as Tosca.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality software.
