Senior QA/QC enginner

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, plans, and inspection systems for construction projects.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other construction works as applicable.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Quality Control procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding quality-related matters.
• Ensure that all materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications and material submittals.
• Conduct and coordinate material inspections, site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 13–15 years of total engineering experience within a construction company.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in a Senior QA/QC Engineer or equivalent senior quality role.
• Strong experience in construction projects and quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Good knowledge of relevant international standards, construction codes, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, MIRs, IRs, testing, and inspection processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to identify quality risks and implement effective corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage QA/QC activities independently and lead a quality team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• GCC construction experience is essential.
