Senior QC Engineer

Principal Accountabilities

• Implement and develop quality control methods for special analyses and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products

• Collaborate with Production Technology and Production teams to troubleshoot using laboratory testing results

• Perform laboratory testing in accordance with SOPs and QC standards

• Develop and improve testing methods, provide technical guidance and training, maintain related documentation and competency records

• Review, manage and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure reliable operation

• Support laboratory operations in compliance with QA/QC, HSE, regulatory and ISO management system requirements

  Qualification

• Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical or petrochemical manufacturing

• Hands-on experience with GC, spectroscopy, ICP, Karl Fischer, and laboratory equipment

• Experience in quality inspection, root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC/SQC, and continuous improvement

• Good knowledge of EHS, laboratory safety, manufacturing processes, product specifications, and customer requirements

• Ability to analyze quality data, prepare reports, and conduct internal, supplier, and customer audits

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, LIMS, and SAP

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Polymer testing experience is preferred
