Senior QMS Engineer

Senior QMS Engineer working with internal team to achieve compliance with standards requirements and/or customer requirements. Working with Notified body on audits and compliance subjects. Direct support departments with problem solving (CAPA) completion using CAPA methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Internal Auditing – be internal lead auditor, develop and maintain internal audit plans and checklists, initiate AssurX audit issue from the audits and verify the effectiveness until closure
• Coordinates external audit plans, including schedules, resources, reports and CAPAs
• Coordinates with area Subject Smart Experts (SME) to provide the best and correct answers short and specific to the questions
• Provides the audit results and CAPA status to QMR
• Performs other assignments from supervisor/director

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent specialized experience; Master's degree is advantageous
• Good command in English spoken and written, TOEIC 600
• Professional auditing experience preferable, Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor of Quality System Management
• Certification (ISO 9001, ISO13485, IATF 16949, AS 9100) is preferred
• 5+ years experience with Quality System in Electronics/Medical/Automotive company is preferred including teams in regulated environment
• 5+ years experience in Problem Solving Techniques
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Medical devices and ISO 13485 Requirements – advantageous
• Must be able to fluently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Agile
