Senior QMS Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 management systems.
• Experience in certification audits and customer audits.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and IATF Core Tools.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 is an advantage.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsible:

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, including Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Process Maps, Forms, and Records.
• Ensure QMS documentation is effectively controlled and complies with document control requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and manage Internal Quality Audits and Process Audits, including follow-up activities.
• Prepare and coordinate third-party certification audits, customer audits, and surveillance audits.
• Facilitate Management Review meetings and monitor improvement actions.
• Drive Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Monitor QMS performance and quality metrics and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide QMS awareness and training to employees.
• Monitor changes in ISO, IATF, AIAG, and customer requirements and ensure timely implementation.
• Support projects related to quality, environment, safety, and company activities.
