Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer

Join a high-impact Customer Communications Management team as a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer, where you will help design and deliver enterprise-scale communication solutions across print and digital channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving customer communications, and supporting compliant, accessible, production-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire
• Develop and support multi-channel communications, including printed documents, digital documents, customer emails, reports, and other outbound outputs
• Create and manage communication outputs in industry-standard formats such as PDF and AFP
• Ensure communications meet accessibility and compliance requirements, including ADA considerations
• Build reusable, data-driven components using Quadient Inspire tools such as Designer, Automation/Scalar, Interactive, Content Manager, and Approve Workflow
• Integrate Inspire solutions with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to gather requirements and define delivery and compliance needs
• Investigate and resolve issues related to data, formatting, rendering, accessibility, and performance in production environments
• Support secure, auditable, and high-quality communication processes aligned with enterprise standards
• Participate in SDLC activities, including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation

Skills

• Quadient Inspire certifications in Designer, Scalar, and Interactive
• At least 5 years of professional IT or software engineering experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire in a production enterprise environment
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end document generation solutions
• Solid understanding of data-driven document composition
• Programming experience in one or more of the following: Groovy Script, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience working in enterprise environments with formal SDLC, QA, and release processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience with strong Inspire expertise

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting high-volume communication workflows
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and secure document delivery practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues quickly and thoroughly
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with reusable component design and scalable communication architecture
