Job Title:  SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Kingkaew Road, Bang Phli, Samutprakarn

Key Activities and Job Responsibilities

The Senior Quality Assurance position supports the effective operation and continual improvement of the company’s quality management and calibration laboratory systems. The role is responsible for nonconforming product control, quality issue resolution, audits, inspections, calibration activities, documentation, and technical guidance to engineers and technicians, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, applicable technical standards, and customer requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Instrumentation, Metrology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, quality control, or quality management systems within an industrial or technical environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a calibration laboratory or calibration-related role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Practical experience supporting internal, external, customer, certification, or accreditation audits.
• Technical knowledge of calibration, metrology, measurement traceability, and industrial instrumentation.
• Experience managing nonconforming products, customer or supplier complaints, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, inspections, and technical reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and provide practical guidance to engineers and technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English and Thai.
