Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities;

• Critical customer complaint management, Review defects of the returned products from customers and cooperate with cross function teams to investigate quality problems, find out root causes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Team work with plant Quality together to improve the customer complaint and on-site verify the improvement actions are really executed and implemented, Monitor implementation progress and verify improvement effectiveness.

• Lead critical quality improvement projects., Organize cross-department meetings and drive the quality improvement process, Report and follow up corrective actions and preventive actions.

• On-site verify/audit the critical ECN/MOC/4M change at the plant.

• Continuously improve working procedure.

• Support the plant to analyze the monthly data and special projects.

• Collaborate and report directly to the Asia Manufacturing QA Leader.

Role Objective;

• Ensure the product Specification, Quality Standard according to customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the product quality to meet customer requirements.
• Quality collaboration in the Klaeng plant, Thailand.

Key Relationships and Communication;

• Asia Manufacture Quality Leaders
• Quality team members in Klaeng plant, Thailand.
• Asia QA team members.
• SQM/Procurement/R&D/Marketing/After-sales service/MO/Manufacture etc. if necessary

Work Conditions;

• Requires incumbent to work in the manufacturing plant (Klaeng plant, Thailand).
• Mainly in the office and workshop (3G in workshop/testing lab).
• Flexible to travel.
• Will be exposed to noise, slight dust.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor degree or above of related major, i.e. mechanical or similar.
• Good skill of SAP, Minitab, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, MS office software.
• Knowledge and 7 years’ hands-on experience of quality tools, A-PDCA, 8D, FMEA, Process Control Plan, 5Why, Fish Bone,SPC/CPK,Gage R&R etc.
• Experience in A-PDCA and continuous improvement.
• APQP&PPAP experience.
• Communication Skills: English: Business level. Able to read engineering specifications, communicate with overseas teams/suppliers, and write formal emails or technical reports. Thai: Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with management and shop floor.
• TOEIC score 650+, It will be an advantage.
• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong province, Thailand.
