Senior Quality Control Leader

For an established pharmaceutical company operating in an international environment, we are looking for a Senior Quality Control Leader to take responsibility for a complex Quality Control organization within a manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Control organization.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
• Oversee laboratory activities, investigations, deviations, CAPA, stability and analytical processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within the QC function.
• Support the evolution and digitalization of laboratory processes and systems.
• Develop managerial capabilities within the team and contribute to talent development and succession planning.
• Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing and other site functions.
• Contribute to broader site priorities and strategic projects.

Profile

• Solid experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven experience in managing teams and complex laboratory activities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations would be an advantage.
• Fluent English.
