Senior Quality Control Staff

Responsibities

• Assign, check, control stable operation follow as planning and achieve target. Supervise work to get high accuracy, short lead time delivery and safe work environment through continuous improvement with company policy. Implement quality control procedure to ensure that raw materials and product meet the production requirements and customer expectations. Supervise and monitor Quality system (such as ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC2200) related activates to ensure the certification and maintain the quality assurance system in the Company.
• Assist superior in manpower plan in section for stable work efficiency and under budget.
• Respond the coaching / training program and appraise the performance of the team.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional section to achieve the quality target.
• Responsible for updating the QC procedure, any supporting document as periodic update or when necessary. And develop methods. to continually improve results.

Qualifications and Skill Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry/Food science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a QC/QA or Manufacturing process.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervision level
• Good understanding and knowledge of Quality System (ISO9001 , GMP, HACCP, FSSC2200)
• Good understanding and knowledge of Standards (FCC, JSFA, Thai FDA, etc.)
• Good command in English, Computer, and statistics
• Have Leadership skill, Strategic thinking, Attention to detail, Co-Ordination skill, Motivation, Relationship building and communication.
