Senior Quality Design Engineer

Representation of Quality within the Design Department

Act as a representative of the Quality function with the Design teams.

Support designers on quality processes, methods, and tools.

Promote quality standards and best practices within the organization.

Quality Management in Design

Define and monitor the quality objectives of components and projects from the RFQ phase.

Participate in the development and deployment of common quality standards.

Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and propose improvement plans.

Quality Data Analysis

Collect, consolidate, and analyze quality indicators.

Perform Pareto analysis and root cause analysis.

Utilize quality data to guide decisions and corrective actions.

Non-Conformity Management and Continuous Improvement

Lead actions aimed at sustainably eliminating recurring defects.

Ensure the follow-up of action plans resulting from feedback, PMR, and Lessons Learned.

Guarantee the application of problem-solving methodologies.

Methodological Support and Skills Development

Support project teams in applying quality processes.

Contribute to improving the maturity of the quality management system.

Train and sensitize teams to quality requirements.

Analysis of Customer Feedback and Product Performance

Utilize PPM data and field feedback.

Identify corrective actions involving Design, Production, and Supply Chain teams.

Ensure the follow-up and communication of short and long-term quality indicators.

Audit and Compliance

Conduct process and compliance audits.

Verify the application of design reviews and APQP/PPAP standards.

Ensure the follow-up of action plans resulting from audits.

Digitalization and Automation

Develop automation solutions via Excel VBA.

Design dashboards and reporting tools under Power BI.

Use AI to improve the analysis and monitoring of quality performance.
