What the job involves

• TogetherWork is scaling quality across a complex, multi-product SaaS portfolio, and we need a Senior QA Automation Engineer who leads with automation first
• You build, maintain, and continuously improve automated test coverage across web applications, BI reports, analytics dashboards, and data pipelines
• You will embed directly with product and data teams to ensure coverage keeps pace with a rapidly modernizing platform
• AI is a core part of how you work; you use it daily to accelerate test creation, identify coverage gaps, and generate smarter edge cases
• Create and maintain end-to-end automated test suites for web applications across a polyglot stack including React, PHP, Rails, and .NET — building automation that survives UI changes and scales across multiple products without becoming a maintenance burden
• Use approved AI coding tools daily to generate test scaffolding and tests, expand coverage, and surface edge cases faster, while evaluating AI output critically and demonstrating this fluency
• Partner with DevOps and Engineering to ensure automated test suites are integrated effectively into CI/CD pipelines, owning the quality of what runs inside them
• Surface test results, coverage gaps, and quality trends in ways that are actionable for engineering leads and product teams, making quality visible, not just measurable
