Join a growing manufacturing organization as a Quality Manager and lead the development of a high-performing quality team. This role is responsible for driving quality excellence, customer satisfaction, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality Supervisors, Engineers, Inspectors, and related teams.
• Drive quality initiatives, continuous improvement, and operational performance.
• Manage customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, supplier performance, and compliance requirements.
• Support quality systems, audits, certifications, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong background in root cause analysis, RCCA, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102, NADCAP, ITAR, or DFARS is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, or similar certifications preferred.
