Senior Quality System Engineer (Chonburi)

This position is for a Senior quality management system engineer, who will report to Quality system manager or above, working mainly on auditing product realization processes in the various Business Units and Support services. This position is intended to drive continual improvement in the quality and reliability of products and services provided while offering organization leadership in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of corporate wide quality management systems. Proactively manage the various elements of the quality system to ensure compliance with applicable national and international quality system regulations.

Key Responsibilities;

• To facilitate establishment and implementation of a quality system compliant with Quality management systems requirements. This will entail supporting the Quality Management System processes, including but not limited to quality system implementation, process documentation and training Develop, implement and report on measures of quality system effectiveness and efficiency such as: performance scorecard, audit results, status of CA/PA, etc through the scheduled management review activities. This includes leading in and / or support initiatives to ensure effective quality reporting, quality systems and quality improvement efforts and customer-focused quality.
• Develop and deliver training courses on quality management principles Be able to act as a consultant to the cooperation in technical quality management topic Mentor the Quality system staffs, and where applicable, take the leadership role on specific quality management systems project.
• Provide support to internal functions in the application, maintenance and improvement of quality systems and department specific processes.
• Specific responsibilities will be applied to audit principles, procedures and techniques with planning, executing and reporting the internal audits program per the annual audit schedule while collecting information and verify its accuracy
• Liaising with the managers/ directors/ product team leaders and staffs throughout the organization to ensure that the QMS is functioning properly.
• Liaising with external auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective / preventive actions and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Promoting quality achievements and performance improvements throughout the organization to achieve customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications;

Education: B.S. /B.A. in engineering, M.A / M.S., M. Eng, Business management or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years experiences in Quality management system functions.
Required Skill : Strong knowledge in quality management principles, auditing methodology, quality related tools and terminology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Training: ISO 9001 Lead auditor training, Training on ISO / TS16949, ISO 13485 and TL 9000., TS core tools, Process-based approach model and Quality management principles.
