Greenbay CES (PG) Sdn Bhd is a complete solution provider for Very Early Smoke Detection System (VESDA) , Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), Uninteruptibble Power Supply (UPS), Precision Air Con (PAC), Fire Suppression System in your critical environment especially in Data Centre and Clean Room environment.

What you'll be doing?

• Lead Tender Preparation: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and commercial breakdowns, ensuring alignment with project objectives and market conditions.
• Manage Procurement: Oversee procurement plans, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations to secure the best terms and conditions for the project.
• Ensure Contract Compliance: Review and manage contract terms, variation orders, and claims, ensuring project milestones are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maintain budget adherence and maximize profitability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Who are they looking for?

• Professional Background: Candidates with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with High-Rise Projects: Experience in managing high-rise, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects is highly valued.
• Contractor Experience: Proven experience with main contractors is advantageous.
• Independent and Trustworthy: Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and initiative, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Computer Literate: Proficiency in using computer applications for quantity surveying and project management.
