Senior Quantity Surveyor

●        Lead cost estimation, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgeting, and cost planning for construction projects.

●        Manage project cost control, monitor budgets, analyze cost variances, and ensure project profitability.

●        Administer contracts, evaluate commercial risks, and oversee variation orders, change orders, claims, and final accounts.

●        Prepare and evaluate bid documents, subcontractor quotations, progress billings, and procurement recommendations.

●        Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Site Engineers, Purchasing, Accounting, subcontractors, and clients to ensure commercial and contractual compliance.

●        Prepare commercial reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements.

●        Supervise and mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quantity surveying best practices.

●        Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualifications

●        Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

●        Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.

●        At least 7-12 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

●        Experience handling commercial, industrial, warehouse, logistics, horizontal, vertical (high-rise), residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure construction projects is preferred.

●        Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project commercial management.

Technical Skills

●        Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

●        Experience using quantity surveying and estimating software (e.g., Planswift, CostX, Bluebeam, or equivalent) is an advantage.

●        Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.

●        Familiarity with FIDIC and standard construction contracts is an advantage.

Working Schedule

●        Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

●        Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Willing to work onsite in Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City
