Senior Quantity Surveyor

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively.

• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.

• Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.

• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments

• Work closely with project teams to identify contractual risks and opportunities, ensuring the preservation of contractual rights and entitlements throughout the project lifecycle

• All other QS related job

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Min 5 years and above experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in main-con companies
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Preferable experiences with Healthcare projects or other building projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Golden software
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual administration, with hands-on experience in the preparation, assessment, and management of contractual claims.
• 5 days' work week
