You’ve been doing QS work for years. Quotations, claims, VOs, the works.
Now you're ready for more.

You want to guide others, improve how things run, and have a say in how the QS team performs as a whole.

We’re looking for someone like you. A Senior QS who is still hands-on but ready to lead.
You will work with experienced QSs who are capable, but need clearer planning, better follow-through, and someone to connect the dots.

This is a chance to grow into a QS Manager role, with support from leadership and a team that is ready to follow the right lead.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and plan all key QS tasks. From quotation to claim
• Work closely with Sales and Projects to keep scope and costing aligned
• Guide and support other QSs to stay clear and consistent
• Improve simple tracking tools. No need to be fancy, just effective
• Handle major VOs and client-side coordination where needed
• Bring structure and visibility to our costing and claim process
• Mentor others. Not by barking orders, but by guiding and building trust

What We’re Looking For

• 6 to 10 years QS experience in construction, steel, or fabrication
• Strong in quotation prep, VO handling, and cost tracking
• Able to guide experienced QSs without needing to act like a boss
• Confident communicator. Can speak clearly to clients and team
• Organised, reliable, and takes ownership
• Comfortable building simple systems and planning ahead
