Senior Quantity Surveyor

1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
2. Extensive experience in variations, valuation, and variation claims.
3. Good knowledge of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractual claims.
4. Excellent experience in preparing and handling contractual correspondence.
5. Preparation, submission, and certification of Interim Payment Applications (IPA).
6. Review and processing of subcontractor payment applications and payments.
7. Preparation of final accounts and reconciliation of quantities and costs.
8. Ability to review contracts, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
9. Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project costs.
10. Experience in dealing with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
11. Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices will be an advantage

Candidates should have proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on villa/residential projects and possess strong skills in variations, EOT claims, contractual correspondence, interim payments, and subcontractor payments.
