Qualification BE(Civil)/ Masters in Quantity Surveying

Job Description

• Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co-ordinate/approvals-client documentation.
• Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
• Provide cost to completion for individual project.
• Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.

Desired Profile

• Should have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor(Exclusively of Roads and Highway PMC Projects.)
• Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of Building projects.
• Good knowledge of 3Ds-Max, Auto Cad, REVIT, STAD Pro, MS Project, MS office & outlook.
