The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dunedin team. We have some exciting projects underway and this role will give you the opportunity build on our successes and continue to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and accurate financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual activities.

We would expect you to have 10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a solid track record working for a main commercial contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size.

The role includes project financial management and administration of building contracts, tendering, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors.

You must be a team player, who take personal ownership and responsibility for your results ensuring best practice principles are achieved.
