Handle tendering, vendor comparison, and contract management
Measure and value work done at site (interim & final billing)
Manage variations, change orders, and cost control processes
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
Prepare financial reports and project cost analysis
