As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage pre and post-contract administration for assigned projects.
• Review work specifications, quantity take-offs, and project costing, while liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure project teams complying with contractual terms and conditions, leveraging strong knowledge of contract requirements.
• Provide effective support to project teams and maintain good working relationships with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate material procurement and supplier arrangements, monitor project expenses against budgets, and maintain proper contract documentation.
• Handle monthly progress payment valuations, claims, and final account settlements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering related course.
