SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Pre and Post contract management responsibilities and contract administration.

• To control and coordinate Project Surveyor for project tender exercise, Contract Documentation, Interim payment and Final Account Settlement.

• Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters.

• Attend and participate in meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve progress related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent recognized by BQSM.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience & 2 years in Consultant firm.

• Good written and verbal communication in English and computer skills in   Microsoft Office application, Glodon Software.

• Job locations available at Shah Alam, Selangor.
