Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a senior-level Quantity Surveying position offering high visibility across the business and playing a key role in the development and maintenance of client relationships. You will take ownership of subcontractor management, procurement, variation assessment and administration, cost reporting, forecasting, and final account negotiations. The role requires a commercially astute professional capable of driving financial performance while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7-8+ years of commercial construction experience gained with a main contractor and relevant tertiary qualifications. It would also suit a high-performing and high end Intermediate QS who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. Commercially astute and proactive in your approach, you will be comfortable operating in a highly visible role and contributing to the successful delivery of commercial projects.
