SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Requirements:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying.

●      Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects (villa/residential projects preferred).

●       Able to prepare and control BOQ, cost plans, and project cash flow.

●      Experienced in cost control and budget variance analysis.

●      Strong understanding of tender processes, bid evaluation, and negotiation with vendors/subcontractors.

●      Able to read construction drawings and technical specifications.

●      Experienced in handling variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts.

●      Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

●      Able to coordinate effectively with project teams (PM, Site Manager, Design Team, Procurement, and Accounting).

●      Proficient in QS/BIM software (Revit, CostX, Cubicost, or similar) is an advantage.

●      Good communication and negotiation skills.

●      Willing to work flexible hours to meet project needs.

●      Willing to be placed in Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali area (near Pura Uluwatu).

Bali domicile is preferred.
