Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are one of the renowned companies in UAE, mainly focused in roads infrastructure, building contracting projects. We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Below are the job responsibilities:

• Cost Control: Overseeing project budgets, cost/value control systems, and cash flow forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Contract Administration: Managing and administering contracts in accordance with local and international standards.
• Valuations and Variations: Preparing and submitting interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts, as well as identifying and submitting variations, new rates, and change orders.
• Commercial Input: Providing commercial input for project risk management and financial performance, and supporting in the preparation and defense of claims, disputes, and contractual issues.
• Measurement and Verification: Conducting detailed measurements for final accounts and cost verification, and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• These responsibilities are essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within budget, while also maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage complex projects

Pay: From AED9,500.00 per month
