Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Pre & Post Contract administration.
• Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
• Preparation of BQ, quantity taking off and variation order claim.
• Preparation and submission of progress claim.
• Finalization of account with customers and sub-contractors.
• Maintain proper documentation for all contract-related activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or any other related studies.
• Minimum 4 years of related working experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Committed and able to work independently.
• Proficient in understanding Chinese colloquial expressions, facilitating effective communication with contractors from China.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
