Senior Quantity Surveyor

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

£60,000 – £80,000 Depending on Experience

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

I am currently working with a leading infrastructure and construction organisation that is looking to strengthen its commercial teams with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors across a number of locations.

These are long-term opportunities for commercially strong candidates with a solid contractor-side background and demonstrable NEC experience.

Current opportunities:

• Peterborough – NEC4 Option C & E
• Woking – NEC4 Option B
• Dublin – NEC4 Option C
• Weybridge – NEC4 Option A
• Essex – NEC Option C

About you

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience within contractor-side environments
• Demonstrable experience working with NEC / NEC4 contracts
• Experience relevant to the specific NEC option required for the location
• Experience within infrastructure, construction, civil engineering or related sectors
• A stable career history and genuine interest in a long-term opportunity
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• The unrestricted right to work without requiring sponsorship

These positions require three days per week on site , so candidates should be based within a practical commuting distance of the relevant location.

The NEC experience is particularly important, and candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate the relevant NEC option experience on their CV .

If you are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor considering your next move and have the relevant NEC background, I’d be keen to hear from you.

Please send your CV to [email protected] OR message me directly for a confidential discussion.

All applications will be treated confidentially.
