Senior Quantity Surveyor

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Graduate of BS Civil Engineering with a valid PRC license

·       With at least 4-8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

·       Experienced in civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFS estimation

·       Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications

·       Can accurately interpret building plans and shop drawings

·       Possesses good communication skills

·       Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Checks, reviews, and monitors estimates and sales quotations for all PSC products.

·       Checks, reviews, and monitors the detailing of shop drawings for all PSC products such as PABS, roof framing, housing, and other general building projects.

·       Checks, reviews, and monitors construction and as-built plans.

·       Checks, reviews, and monitors job orders and other necessary documents for all closed projects.

·       Monitors closed projects from job order preparation, material purchasing, production, delivery, and site installation.

·       Coordinates with the Purchasing Department, Logistics, Production, and Construction Divisions to ensure the smooth flow of projects.

·       Checks purchase requisition slips.

·       Provides technical support to Sales and Marketing during product presentations and client technical meetings.

·       Measures and values work completed on-site.

·       Supports and reviews material unit costs (unit price analysis).

·       Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

·       Complies with all company policies and procedures.
