Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who knows their way around an NEC contract and wants more ownership of the commercial performance of your projects?

FLI Water Limited is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kempston.

You'll take the commercial lead on projects from tender handover to final account, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on project performance.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the commercial management of projects

Managing procurement and subcontract accounts

Owning CVRs, cost control and forecasting

Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts

Managing compensation events and change control

Leading negotiations and final accounts

Managing commercial risk and identifying opportunities

We're particularly keen to speak to QS professionals with experience in water, utilities or infrastructure who combine strong NEC knowledge with great commercial instincts and the confidence to build relationships with clients and project teams.
