What they need
- Involves in preparation of Tender submission documents and costing.
- Sourcing for Tender pricing from Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- To ensure price quoted by Sub-contractors and Suppliers according to specification and drawings.
- Responsible for Pre and Post Contract Management of contractual and commercial matters for Projects.
- Drafting and preparing letter for correspondences especially on contractual matters.
- To attend meetings with Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
- Liaise with the Client / Consultant and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Close liaising and monitoring with Project Managers on project’s commercial and physical progress.
- To prepare Interim Progress Claim to Client including Site Re-measurement, Taking-off & calculation and compilation of documents.
- To monitor and analyze Project cost to ensure within Project budget.
- To monitor and analyze changes to the design and/or construction works for potential variation order and report to the Management.
- To prepare Variation Orders, Loss & Expense, Extension Of Time, Final Measurement, and Final Accounts.
- To prepare for insurance claim regarding on-site matters.
- To source, check, analyze and verify for quotations for Sub-contractor works.
- To source and liaise with suppliers for related deliverables.
- To evaluate, verify and prepare Payment Certificate for Sub-contractors / Suppliers’ Progress Payments and Variation Orders.
- To prepare Final Measurement and Final Accounts with Consultants and Client.
- To gather, compile and document material and labor costing from existing and potential Suppliers, Contractors, Sub-contractors and specialist installers.
- To assist and guide Junior QS and Site QS.
- Able to travel and work out-station.
