Senior Quantity Surveyor

The opportunity

A recognised PQS consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help establish and grow its presence in Wellington. This is a chance to take a leading role in the local market, build strong client relationships and shape the future of the business, with the support of an experienced national team.

There is plenty of project work to get started on, with more on the horizon. Alongside leading projects, you will contribute to business development and help develop the consultancy’s Wellington presence. For the right person, this role offers a clear career pathway to Associate level.

What you’ll bring

Senior experience in quantity surveying, ideally within a PQS or construction cost consultancy.

A strong connection to Wellington and knowledge of the local market.

Business development ability and confidence building lasting client relationships.

Experience with bank funding and lender-backed projects.

The leadership skills and ambition to help grow a local business.

Salary from $160,000, depending on experience.
