Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise Building Projects

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-rise building construction projects, from G+12 to unlimited floors, to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for high-rise building projects.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractors' payment claims.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and additional works.
• Prepare and review material quantity calculations and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
• Assist with tender preparation, contract administration, and final account settlement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor is mandatory.
• Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects (G+12 and unlimited).
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying software.
• Candidates with relevant UAE construction experience will be preferred.
• Must be available to work in Dubai, UAE.
