Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

Key Duties

• Handle progress claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Manage variations and negotiate sub-contractor pricing, liaising with Main Contractor QS/Claims department
• Forecast cash flow and monitor project budgets.
• May assist in tendering & review contract documents

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Preferably with Quantity Surveying  Engineering/Certificates
• Strong knowledge of local contract standards (such as PSSCOC or SIA or other Singapore applicable contract standards)
• 5 years relevant QS experience working in Singapore M&E specialised contractor company
