Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) | Up till $4800 basic + AWS + VB

• Up till $4800 basic + Variable bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Aljunied (Office) | Sometimes need to visit site for checking only

• Working Days/Timings: 5 days work week | Mon - Thrus, 8.30am - 6.00pm / Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and timeframes before a project begins.
• Tendering and Contracts: Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Budget Monitoring: Track ongoing expenses, manage variations (changes in design or scope), and forecast financial outcomes.
• Valuation and Payments: Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.
• Risk and Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and help resolve contractual claims or disputes

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Electrical.
• Must have background in Electrical.
• Pre Tender knowledge.
