Senior Quantity Surveyor (HDB)

• Lead cost planning and prepare cost comparisons to support procurement and budgeting decisions
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Oversee quantity measurement and taking-off, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the project
• Manage variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and sub-contractor payments
• Review and ensure compliance of contracts, procurement documentation, and payment certifications
• All other QS related job

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• 5 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Preferable experiences in HDB projects or other government projects
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
