Job Responsibilities:

• In depth understanding of full cycle of ID BQ, Specifications and Contracts
• Prepare tender submission, taking off quantity, handle progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
• Final account preparation.
• To manage and supervise project contracts, in terms of preparing monthly costing including claim, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Follow-up project progress and dealing with project manager for site matters.
• To liaise with all parties to complete the required project.

Qualification & Experience:

• More than 5 years proven track record / experience as ID QS in interior design and build
• Experience in managing projects is an advantage
• Minimum Diploma in QS or related field (Tar College Diploma or Degree in QS are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Auto Cad, MS Office, MS Project and QS related soft where
• Possess own transport
• Intelligent and willing to hard work
