Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Job Scope:

• Manage project budgets, costs, progress claims and final accounts.

• Handle procurement, subcontractor quotations and subcontract documentation.

• Evaluate and manageVariation Orders (VO) and subcontractor claims.

• Prepare monthly progress claims and follow up on payments.

• Monitor project costs and ensure works remain within budget.

• Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years of QS / construction commercial experience.
