Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPF)

FOR IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPF) to lead cost management activities. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex project finances.

This is a flexible time (no attendance required), WFH (except during onsite billing walkthrough), and output-driven employment.

Salary depends on number of projects handled. Additional projects may translate to additional monthly compensation (PHP 5,000 – PHP 15,000/month/project).

Responsibility

• Lead cost planning/budgeting (MEPF)
• Conduct quantity take-offs and estimates
• Manage tendering process and contractor negotiations (MEPF)
• Oversee contract administration and claims management (MEPF)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Manage progress billing, change order (MEPF)
• Paid site billing walkthrough (Cavite, Alabang, and/or Bacolod)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of QS Experience (Estimate, Design, Site Management Experience)

• Strong experience in cost control, contract management, and procurement

• Experience handling large-scale or multiple projects (high-rise and land development)
